Hedra Group: Various Unity Projects

As the narrative systems designer...

I work with the engineers and artists responsible for everything from the camera controls to the vaporwave aesthetic that’s a hallmark of Hedra Group. These projects form a collection of experiential vignettes and vertical slices, grounded in a rich and optimistic science fiction setting. My work focused on developing a narrative framework that would give each footfall a little more weight and each missile barrage a sense of danger.

My tools are primarily Articy Draft 3 and Ink by Inkle, but I also have the opportunity to do some scripting and environmental design work using the Hedra Group’s asset pipeline. I’ve authored all of the systems content, from naming and managing strings to building out the in-game language around aspects of game feel.
